From the Community Chaplaincy training “Awesome” is the word that comes to mind. This experience was truly amazing and exceeded all my expectations. As a rural pastor deeply involved in this community, I found that this opportunity greatly expanded my understanding and insight. It has given me a fresh perspective on how we can better serve our community. I am incredibly grateful for the tools provided that will enable us to support our community more effectively.

Our field trip to meet other successful rural pastors was invaluable. Connecting with rural peers reminded me that we are not alone on this journey. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Kim Harvey and Laurel for all their efforts to enhance our education.
